Yet To Come

Yet To Come
When I close my eyes tonight,
I think of what we have; love.
That's so bright,
Like a diamond in the sky.

When I'm walking in the rain,
I think of you;
Who held my arm tightly,
Like you would never let me go.

When I'm feeling blue,
I think of you;
Who caressed me,
Like the wind.

When I behold the sunset,
I think of you;
Who kissed of the tears from my eyes,
As you whispered, this was not goodbye.

When you're out of my reach,
I think of you;
Who made my life worthwhile,
Like I never felt before.

But love, our best days are yet to come.
True love will last,
True love will shine,
To make our days again.

The Rose Of A Gardener

The Rose Of A Gardener
A Rose top on the stem,
With full of blossom,
Swinging gaily in its self-esteem,
Under the kind sun.

Queen of the beauty,
With tenderness inside its heart,
Living happily with friends of honesty,
In a sunny park.

On one rainy day,
An evil hand plucked the rose,
And crushed it in a lust way,
On the ground, it was tossed.

The affectionate gardener, me
Tears in my heart,
What would the deserted rose's life be?
I put it round forever in my heart.

HuangMei Opera Music From The Kingdom and The Beauty

Hsi Feng (Xi Feng) - Teresa Teng & Paula Tsui

This Huangmei Music was one of the most famous songs of The Kingdom and The Beauty (江山美人) movie, which was 1959 movie from Hong Kong. The Kingdom and The Beauty (江山美人) is also one of my favorite Chinese movies.

This music video was sung by Teresa Teng and Paula Tusi. This song was a Chinese Classic, and both singers were legends. Teresa Teng passed away in 1995. Paula Tsui is still famous and popular in Hong Kong.

Facing The Music At The Tea Shop

You are going to see tea shops in every street or every corner of the Capital of Burma, Rangoon. The tea shop is the place to meet friends and have small talks or discuss politics, and business matters over milky hot, rich in sweet (Mildly sweet or mildly sweet and strong) tea. I used to sit at the tea shop with friends and English tuition teacher after 2 hours class every weekday. The group used to sit at the KhaYaGi (Big Kettle) in 37Th street, Rangoon, which was located next to my future wife's house. The group would continue to discuss about the topics, which were being went through in the class and had open discussions within a handful of friends and teacher. That group discussion had brought our group closer to each other, and helped better understanding of poems and language.
I also went out for late tea shop trips (sometimes at Sit Kaung aka Real Good) with a close friend and a university classmate, Ye Win Aung. We would sit at the tea shop next to SaBalOo (First Jasmine Recording) music producer and recording company. The SaBalOo recording company would play soon to be released singers' music (Singers like Soe Lwin Lwin, Khine Htoo, Chit Kaung, and Htoo Htoo) on the boom box. We would have a blast. We would rate the music and lyrics. Once more, How much I miss the good times, carefree younger years by facing the music with a cup of sweet tea.
